Pros

Working as a Remote Support Engineer at LionsBot’s Chennai office has been an incredibly rewarding journey. Being part of a company that is at the forefront of autonomous cleaning technology is exciting, but it’s the learning culture that truly stands out. What I love about working here: Continuous Learning: Every day presents new technical challenges. I’ve had the opportunity to dive deep into robotics, cloud-based monitoring, and real-time troubleshooting, which has significantly leveled up my technical skill set. Innovation-Driven Environment: It’s inspiring to work with a product that is physically making a difference globally. Seeing our robots in action while providing support gives a great sense of purpose. Collaborative Culture: Even in a support role, there is a strong sense of teamwork. The knowledge sharing between the Chennai team and our global offices makes it a fantastic place for professional growth. I’m proud to be part of an organization that doesn’t just build robots, but also invests in the growth and development of its people.

Pros

- Opportunities to work across multiple product lines and technologies - Learnt to be fast and versatile among young and vibrant team, great place for learning in fast pace. - High sense of teamwork and shared purpose — problems are owned, not blamed atleast not - Supportive and technically strong leads who trust engineers with great empathy - Great flexibility with leaves, timing, and personal emergencies — people genuinely understand.

Cons

- Over the time Workloads and deadlines leave little room for creative exploration or new ideas, Overtime is unavoidable to balance Research and Support roles. -Middle leads have little control over pay or appraisals and Review cycles don’t always reflect the engineering workload. -Recognition depends more on oratory visibility than technical contribution, which doesn’t equate for startup. - Benefits and Insurance Related matters could be improved
