      Pros

      The work environment is very casual, you have the ability to grow and move up very quickly, and everyone is very dedicated to the company and family - many knowing the Lipmans personally and many with 20, 30, or 40 years with the company. Despite this, it is growing quickly with young professionals. They recognize the need for young talent and are dynamic in adapting with the times.

      Cons

      Not much direction in training and development. You have to find your own way and take the initiative.
