Coworkers were helpful and understanding that as an intern I would need help.
Cons
There’s a point system that every tech employee has to use to evaluate how productive you are. If you run into a difficult tech issue you can’t relay that in the system so you won’t have a lot of points at the end of the day and everyone can see it.
