Pros
-Worked for and with great, intelligent people -Management seems truly invested -The job is what you make of it: if you're lazy and don't care, it won't be good. If you really dive in you get a great education in all sorts of laws, regs, and best practice. I had so many interesting coworkers and it felt really good to come home from work knowing I improved safety, helped keep LT in compliance with certifications, and other functions that actually make a difference.
Cons
-Low pay for the position -Work can be stressful -Department is TINY--it's all on you and your supervisor
