1. Senior management don't know how to use senior resource (like > 13 years). 2. No proper task assignment based on the seniority and previous role played by the resource. 3. Groupism is more at senior level positions who actually runs the show/entire resources of the project/account. 4. Even I worked as Project Manager for 3+ years in US MNC company before joined this company, they used me as developer. I was laid off after 1 year with out assigning any managerial /technical managerial activities So, I suggest not to join in this company as senior level positions (i.e. Managerial).
