      I do not find any except few of colleagues are really good at what they do.

      Too much red tapism. No meritocracy Boot licking

      Pros

      Very Good Environment, All the basic necessity has been provided by the company, Professional culture where you get lots of opportunity to grow internally. Great visibility and excellent infrastructure.

      Cons

      Food quality is not up to the mark is the only problem which can be solved very easily if we try different vendors.
