      Pros

      No variable pay, pay is fixed and transparent Better pay for the right candidate compared to tier-1 consulting companies Increment is again biased, maximum is 8 percent, minimum can be nothing.

      Cons

      Growth is biased by either Director's linguistic, or Interests of Directors 98% of upper management in India are a bunch of goons, staying in the company for last 10 years. Lacks good leadership.

      Pros

      Most of the clients are close to Philadelphia...so if LH does find you another client (which is 50/50), it should be fairly close to your home.

      Cons

      No communication at all between upper management and lower management/associates/client. It's basically policy du jour to maintain a client at any cost, at the expense of the associate's pay, OT demands and training.
