Pros

-Free snacks -provide good facility -most of the people are experienced more than 8 yrs and above as fresher do not stay in this company for long -most of technologies are available -growing company -people are good -company pays for certifications -Employee reach is very good (can reach to anyone in company) - people are very friendly and supportive - office infrastructure is good

Cons

- bond system is bad - some people with more experience are not in good projects
