-No Variable Pay -Take home is higher than the other company for the same package -Daily Snacks :P -H1 and B1 Visas for most of the people..(one good thing but it doesn't mean you will travel :P) Nothing more......
Cons
From Management Prospective : -Change in Higher management and not sure how many partners and delivery heads are there for this company.there will be a delivery head even though there is no project under him. -Management is least bothered about the project once they got the agreement from the client, sometimes they wont even look at the agreement properly and it recently happened with one of the project. -Company is loosing lot of projects these days... - When there is an escalation or when they feel they are going to loose the project entire management comes into picture and do lot of Hungaama, if they would have taken proper care from the initial stage then situation might be different..... -when they loose the project, first thing they do is to play the blame game and they will even fire the delivery manager.... -From employee prospective : -Don't join the company if you have other offers.... -Job security is always a concern..... -you are safe until only you are in the project....once you are out of the project than you can count your days... -Trainings ...no way.....
