1. No Professionalism (In manners, behavior, dress-code, language usage)
2. Least amount of communication between people, which is not how a company works. (No Team work)
3. People work on assumptions. No clarity in what you do
4. This company does not have a metric system yet to measure an employees area of strength's & weakness.
5. Ratings are decided on other aspects and not on how you have performed in the project.
6. Pay wise, it is average. No satisfactory increase in package.
7. Growth is hardly there. People at a particular designation just do not understand what their role demands, while people who have the potential and skill are not given an opportunity.
8. Senior & Middle level management (India) needs to change their outlook towards people and behavior.
9. Company culture has to be more tolerant if they are hiring people from different companies.
10. Employees should be encouraged more to come up with cost and time saving ideas, and the same needs to be implemented. (This company resists change in any form.)
11. WFH is only available to few senior & elite employees.
12. HR hardly knows what they have to do. Except for the few seniors, the other executives just play ping-pong with employees sending them from desk to desk for a resolution.
