Leadership team is immature, no trainings for resources , he is also ignorent , favouritism is everywhere in the company . Frustrating some times

Its a good company for analytics they have 50 plus employees in the analytics team who are working on machine learning

Cons

Selection process is very slow. HR should have to mention to the interviewer by mail or call whether he or her selected or not
