      Pros

      I love the technical people at LiquidHub. Lots of great talent. Some of the best people in the Philly region. Nationally recognized experts in some cases.

      Cons

      The problem was two fold. 1) All that talent was also busy on site generating revenue for the company so it was tough to pick their brains. and 2) The overall strategy of the company seems to be to eventually have all of the workers be off shore and only some of the brain trust in Con-US. It should tell you something when the company wins an outsourcing award in India. In this regard, I didn't fit in because I don't trust off shore talent as far as I can throw them. It is not anything racial or any cultural bias. It's all about the experiences that I have had. I have had great on-prem experiences with Indian talent while working at MBNA, but not so with off-shore talent. They lack discipline, loyalty and a commitment to a quality product.
