      Poor Management and Work Ethics

      Pros

      Has good work atmosphere. It's office in Gurgaon has nice infrastructure. people are nice.

      Cons

      Very poor Management. Employee opinion is given the least consideration. moved to a different project without my consent or approval which shows the ethics that people in there follow. low salaries for the amount of work that is done.

      Pros

      Nothing significant..like any other organization, you can learn some things here too.. That's it.

      Cons

      1. 9.5 hrs shift 2. Need to work on even leaves (and on weekends as well, if project requires that). 3. Very less salary hike (don't expect more than 5-6%..10% is considered high) 4. It's acquired by Capgemini, but that's just on words, payslip, offer letter, promotion letter etc still say liquid and then as a Marketing line.. It says "a Capgemini group company" 5. Promotion will happen only after 2 years of previous promotion (CG policy). So don't expect fast growth.
