In these many years the only thing that exists is Work-Life balance. Compensation breakup is good but not the amount or package as a whole.

Cons

Growth - No Training's - irrelevant Salary Hike - Negligible Work environment not conducive to grow and work with.

Payment on time. I have heard mostly heard good things about Hyderabad Office.

Cons

Mumbai office - If you anyway want to join this company don't join in Mumbai. Even in such a small organisation there rivalry among managers. Manager and Leads just make things complicated instead of resolving issues. Micromanagement. Project Managers's have a understanding that Nine women can make a baby in one month.

Nothing great about this company except salary, there are more cons than pros.

Cons

Management never look into what happening in company. Few projects in company.Managers show gender bias.No futuristic growth in this company. sexual harassment is more in office work space. Here committee is there for sexual harassment.But people in committee itself sexually harassed by other people. Here Freshers itself taking interviews for experience positions.This is the worst than anything. Company Policies are not always a priority.So i don't recommend freshers and experience people to join in this company.Even Management knows everything but no action was taken.
