Pros
*Good work is highly valued if you don't crave for meaningless designation tags. *Managers are very employee centric and friendly(specially to new resources), they put their best to work for the employees' benefit. *If you work hard or even just enough to do a good job, the top management will silently take notice of you. *Good job security, a good resource won't be let off. *Good work-life balance, just give decent 8 hours work daily and you will be highly appreciated. *Very suitable work hours, most onsite calls are done by 7, and one can leave for the day after that. *Managers won't try to cut short your vacations, no questions on how many leaves you take specially if you plan ahead. *Chilled out work culture and dress code. Smart casuals are allowed. *Package breakup is all Fixed, no deceptive variable components. *From HR to Finance, they will make your life easy instead of putting hurdles just to give you a taste of their power. *Regular training & initiatives on new technologies. *No firings of any decent resource or due to personal issues affecting your work. Managers will work with you to help you anyway possible.
Cons
*Old Horses. Too many very old employees, you might find them lazy and political. *Organizationally they have been struggling a little, re-strategising and reinventing their approach towards the service industry, but that ever company is doing right now due to the current slump in the market.
