Pros

I think it is good for freshers as one gets the experience. That's it.

Cons

Shift system is rotational,and allowance is 15K irrespective of whether you work for full month on 15 days in the night shift. I can only tell about the Gurgaon location that you will not not learn anything related to Analytics, so for people expecting anything related to learn or implement Analytics, this is not the place to be.
