Good for fresher, you will get to the environment of corporate.

Cons

Low Compensation. If you are part of operations, you will get very few things to learn because you are doing the same work on daily basis. Little chance to grow, there are employees who are stuck with project from a very long time.

Great Place to work -- Good place to learn new things ( technologies included :)) Nice work life balance Nice set of people ( Technologically/technically/Professionally/Personally) Place to go to work ( not A workplace ;)) If you feel you have something different about you and want to prove,then you always have a chance of getting what you wanted to accomplish ( not a routine place..if you want to be different...your ideas are always heard and work rightly justified/criticized

Cons

Employees need to have the same belief instilled ...even after the acquisition/merger..lots of unwanted fears...( they are dying down too :)

No pros as most importantly no work life balance.

Cons

If you are selected for finsup project in Microsoft. They'll make your life hell. Few manager are so rude that they'll drag you to the lowest level to make their visibility. Finance project is completely in wrong hand.
