Nothing.. Not seen a single Pro

Cons

1) Management is very Poor. They don't care about employee issues 2) No growth Opportunity 3) HR team is the worst. With only one role is to hire as attrition is very high.. Other areas are ignored 4) JD does not match with the job u do. 5) my worst decision to join this company
