      Many processes/teams in this company have no growth Too much of politics Completely unprofessional management- managers are mostly selfish, they can do anything to go to higher levels and they do not push their juniors to do better No raise even if you work for years No work recognition at all Reckless shifts

      Capgemini Invent actually acquired them which means that there might be a change in how things are being managed

      Cons

      There is literally no HR, you have to email employees working all over India for a simple request. You are thrown into a project and expected to perform according to the client's standards with very little contact from the Liquidhub side. They consistently try to undermine your performance with as little increment they can give you.
