Pros

1) Nice peaceful work environment 2) 5 day work but 6th day depends on work load 3) Both side transport 4) Less pressure towards work 5) Good for freshers to understand how process works, client interaction, how to operate with tools

Cons

1) Less skill based work 2) Moderate politics is there. 3) Company has been take over by capgemini. Negative things are like 9:30hr shift, no allowance as per capgemini employees, both side transport is compulsory, less increment, 3 months notice period 4) Manager has less control over team and process. 5) This point is for undertstanding work.60% work has been automated by tcs or by some tech team. Rest work is solving critical cases which can't be automated.
