On time salaries payment. There is no month when LiquidHub has crossed 1st of the month. Will find some time to socialize with the colleagues (professionally). You will find people who are friendly to you. Flexible over timings depend on project to project.
Cons
No recognition in terms of pay raise or perks when you acquire or learn skills for the project or company. So don't expect anything when you gain extra skill that helped the organization. At most of the times no professional training will be given. You are on your own. Employee Awards will be given with a letter and 1000rs gift coupon (Sic). Parking is cramped and crowded for 2 wheelers. If you got 4W then you should be lucky enough to get ur name in the lottery of parking lots that too for paid(50/50) parking. Want promotion then keep praising and pleasing your reporting/mid level managers on a day to day basis. Difficult to adjust when you are new into the company.
