Thank you for your review. Radios in the workplace and performance related bonuses are both examples of the many benefits that the company does provide to its employees. The active Works Council is the forum provided for the Management and Workforce to work together on concerns and improvements, and has provided many improvements in the fields of HSE, working conditions, employee recognition and charity work. Employee satisfaction is measured and acted on through the regular employee surveys and focus groups. Our Leap continuous improvement system and our Corporate and Social Responsibility program are both key examples of engaging and working together with both the workforce and the wider community. We promote working in a transparent and honest manner with good communication and strong team work ethic are all core values of the company. 2020 has been a challenging year for all, and we understand that this has had a big impact on our employees; particularly those who regrettably lost their jobs through redundancies once the furlough scheme came to an end. The review is, however, factually incorrect in that all redundancy notice periods were paid at 100% of the salary as per legal obligation.
