Like other reviews have mentioned, the ET skews heavily towards bro culture. The ET doesn’t talk to anyone else but themselves and that makes the office culture feel awkward. The company hires pretty quickly and has a high turnover rate. I can’t even count how many employees they’ve terminated over the past year but it’s definitely at least 15, and that’s a lot for a start-up of this size. Managers don’t have experience managing and are only decent at managing employees who don’t need managing. Most managers here are employees who were ICs that got thrust into the position. There’s also a lot of favoritism and cattiness in this company, rules only apply to employees your manager doesn’t favor, not everyone. Lastly, there’s no PIP so that says a lot about this company :)
