      Solid tech stack Great benefits and pay for a startup Incredibly talented and smart people

      Cons

      Lack of strategic direction, especially on the gtm side. This is natural though for a company of this size. This is a company to watch in the space, they just need stronger leadership in order to execute. It felt like Lithic was really playing catchup with the rest of players in the space.

      Pros

      Collaborative environment, offers unlimited PTO, health insurance is excellent. Their leadership team is another thing that stands out. Very approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely cared with their employees.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced anything bad from the company. It's definitely a great place to work.
