- Salary is on the lower end compared to industry standards.
- Very little respect for personal time. Excessive meetings and constant pings.
- The company is understaffed, skewed towards junior employees, placing a heavy burden on a few individuals.
- Desperately needs more staff across all departments, but reluctant to address low performance issues.
- Major talent retention problem. Lots have left, and even more still looking to leave.
- Engineering was an afterthought during roadmapping, lacking a seat at the table. Promises of improvement were not realized during my time.
- While hard work is recognized, it feels hollow. Good work is rewarded with more work and responsibility, occasionally a gift card, but no bonuses or additional equity.
- Equity offered is minimal and not substantial.
