      Pros

      Working with little caesars is an OK job for someone in highschool or looking to suppliment another part time job. We also get leftover pizza.

      Cons

      Endless abuse from customers, not to mention the owner of the area I worked in was corrupt and would allow managers to abuse their power and outright bully employees. Small things such as uniform policy violations would be treated harshly while health and safety concerns were ignored. Forced to work with 500 degree overs with no air conditioning in summertime. No corporate accountability when we tried to make our voices heard.

      Pros

      This company will give flexible hours, is made up of easy tasks and time goes by quickly. It is a perfect fit for any student.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there's is not much room to move up the ladder. Once you have learned everything, there is no room for improvement.

      I honestly couldn't think of one

      You don't get employee discount, you're not allowed to wear gloves, they don't give you hair nets, they will "forget" to pay you for over time hours, never get free food, disrespectful to one another, everyone picks on the newbies, manager was rude, if you made a small mistake they'll call you in for 1 shift a week until they get over it, make you hold the sign in the freezing cold with just a sweater or in the boiling sun in all black for a whole hour, they hire the worst people, they don't make you wash your hands, etc. One time I was barfing begging to go home because I was so sick and they made me work till my shift was over. I WAS BARFING WHILE HANDLING FOOD AND GIVING IT TO CUSTOMERS. That's the last day I ever showed up to work.
