They pay you for the prevelage to work.

Cons

Remember me saying they pay you. Though that is a pro, they also don't pay well. As a general manager they paid, at the time, a salaray of 36k at a mandatory 45 hours a week. However, they expected you to work more, plus attend brand meetings after you to worked all day. Once the laws for salaray increased to 40k they moved to 14.00 an hour still mandatory 45 hours a week and expected you to still attend brand meetings.
