Location and ease of access. Constant interaction with customers daily, getting knowledge of items that popular and understanding demographic and pricing.

Cons

the hourly pay is barely above minimum wage if even that. Inconsistent scheduling under the reason that its a gas station environment. hiring inconsistent dependable employees.

Store Manager’s take the fall for higher upside. When things are good everything is fine, the least little hiccup you get treated like a dog.
