Pay, benefits, paid holidays and vacation time, stability compared to other ABA companies

Cons

Management, high expectations from BT's, long days, have to be willing to adapt to changes in schedule with short notice, not willing to help BT's accrue clinical hours (although they constantly say they will), and not a lot of opportunity for growth

challenging work duties but the staff is super supportive. Holds staff to high quality treatment and professionalism. Compensation is good too

Cons

Have to complete RBT certification within first 90 days. not necessarily a con but can be overwhelming.
