Great company to work for. They provide intensive training whether you are just starting your BT career or come with prior experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Cons

Intense work hours (38-42 hours of direct therapy per week). The company is clinic-based and does not offer a part-time schedule, so while full-time offers more money, it may be tough for new BTs to handle that many hours of direct therapy without breaks.
