Pros

Office Staff are always there to help if you are going to be late for a session, need to call in sick, have a question about the schedule, or need something moved around. Supervisors are amazing and give good constructive feedback. Always there if you have any questions and willing to help anytime you need it! They value their therapists need for time off and are always willing to work with you whenever you need time off. Team meetings for periodic training help to refresh employees on a subject and keep up to date on current happenings in the field of ABA. Great place to work as a new RBT learning the field. Great support from team and supervisors and endless opportunities to learn. Opportunities for advancement to BCBA.

Cons

In home-based services you don't get to see your team members much. Entering data is time consuming and entire data entry time is not paid.
