Pros

You get a "Flexible Time Off" as opposed to "Paid Time Off", meaning you do not have a cap on time off as long as you use it responsibly.

Cons

Hours are incredibly long, usually 7:45-5:15 at the earliest, and breaks are neither mandatory nor encouraged by upper management. Pay in contrast to the amount of responsibility is not adequate. Raises "don't happen" in our position. I find more support from my colleagues than I do from upper management. Our ABA is not my favorite and could be more ethically sound.

- burnout - if you do your job correctly, they expect everything from you and nothing from the others - “promoted” to sbt but no actual pay raise, just more responsibilities

Here at Little Leaves, all our staff are held to the same standards of competency, professionalism, and workload. Senior behavior technicians are offered the opportunity to increase their skillset should they desire to grow in the ABA field. We aim to provide the support necessary for staff to carry out their job duties, but we know that burnout does happen and are always looking for ways to better support our team. We truly appreciate your time spent at our Germantown clinic as a senior behavior technician and value your feedback.
