      Pros

      Formerly Sorin Group - The HR team and the Managers were sincerely interested in creating a great environment to work.

      Cons

      The company moved to Houston, TX. I would recommend if it was still Sorin Group.

      Pros

      Great products and continued growth potential. The devices make a difference in the health and quality of life of people.

      Cons

      Too much change and uncertainty; the merger has not been managed well. Many people were let go or decided to leave, and senior management has not made the reinvestment in new talent or changed any timelines or deliverables. 60+ hours a week is the norm now.

      Pros

      Benefits are great! The work is inspiring and the patient stories are incredible which is why it's easy to want to stay.

      Cons

      No training pushed, managment doesn't want to deal with problems and will push it off, issues snowball, they blanket promote so that everyone's a winner and not the hard workin people. The merger just made every thing worse! No one wants to be in charge of anything and in the next few months these new changes are down to bring people down.
