Wonderful product that fills a helpful niche in treatment of intractible epilepsy.

Cons

They might lay you off on a whim. That could be good or bad depending on how you look at it. I just choose to put it here in the cons. :)

Prior company (Cyberonics) work atmosphere, career opportunities, and benefits far exceeded the current situation.

Cons

Intent of merger may have been to have more product offerings and improve market share, but neither really materialized.
