      Did not see a sustainable future. They were constantly trying to survive.

      Collaborative Culture and Support

      Pros

      I love working at LivaNova because not only is my initial Team extremely helpful when needed, but I know I can go to anyone in the company and also get that same support. It is a very collaborative culture which I appreciate because we are constantly challenging ourselves to better our processes and procedures. All ideas are welcome and the company has done a great job of ensuring it's employees are heard. You can really tell that they truly put their pateints and employees first, every day.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that because we are a growing company, with that comes a lot of internal changes (both with personnel and our policies). However, the fact that we are growing tremendously, and the Team is committed to ensuring we set ourselves up for access, puts me at ease.
