      Convincing Words, But No Care for Employees and False promises

      Pros

      Had a good experience working with the team.

      Cons

      Managers put on happy faces and give convincing feedback, but they don’t genuinely care about employees’ lives. Work–life balance is basically nonexistent.

      Very Strange, dismal outlook in former territory

      …proud of the VNS and healthcare/internal teams supporting it. Case management was a particularly great resource on the daily.

      Cons

      When it came to surgeries/scheduling- was a consistent string of mess-ups @ major accounts. Related losses + pressures to compensate for these issues (while management literally took my sales numbers - and put them under the KAM’s name, fraudulently) worsened the situation for patients and providers. Main customers ultimately encouraged me to move on to Neuropace. Seems like this was business as usual for this company, though.
