Multicultural environment, interesting products - one can learn a lot about medical equipment, independent way of working, flexibility for home office.

Cons

Lack of processes, poor onboarding - had to manage almost everything on my own, sometimes a bit chaotical, especially in working between departments - sense of ownership is not that strong.
