      Friendly, reasonable good salary, good ERP

      Cons

      Bullying is allowed to happen, and no action is taken when it is reported General harassment is accepted as being normal Staff conflict is not acknowledged or dealt with constructively Staff constantly feel they have to ‘walk on eggshells’ in case they upset someone There’s a general expectation that work takes priority over everything else Staff are pitted against each other, resulting in bad behaviour including taking credit for others’ work, shifting blame and discrediting colleagues.

      Great products, terrible leadership and direction

      Pros

      Wonderful product really helps its patients. Pay was really good. People I worked with in the field were great.

      Cons

      Leadership was terrible. Company changed" directions" twice in the 2 years I was with them. Communication was awful. Training was a joke. No one other than IT had any clue what was going on or organizational skills at all.

      Unstable Company, bad future vision for growth

      Therapy is truly great for the patients Compensation was good- this may change

      Cons

      Technology hasn’t improved, no new advancements. No money for new indications, new features, new studies. Desperate C-suite execs implementing big layoffs and reorganizing company structure to buy themselves a few more years in their positions. Unstable.
