      Good condition works, good image of our customer, a good products, and a good formation for products.

      Cons

      There are are not really a strategy of how win a new count, no good in communication with the team, no respect the weekend asking doing project for the monday

      Pros

      Great product, good people, lots of passion and potential to grow your career.

      Cons

      Things are a bit unorganized, unstructured, and hectic. However, going through a merger, one would expect that in the first couple of years. Lots of growth happening, busy environment, lots of areas someone can improve on.

      Pros

      Sales people. Products historically did what they were intended to do. Equipment is currently the best on the market. That will change as well.

      Cons

      Management by intimidation. Company now has such a negative place in the market they will never have future growth. Took commissions from sales people to enhance bottom line because growth will be non existent.
