Pros

6 free concert tickets a year, 4-6 tickets available for purchase to most shows without fees. Very nice office with a coffee bar and happy hour twice a week. Taking Care of Our Own program lets you reach out to the company if you need help (ex. paying for groceries after losing power due to the freeze last year) or other emergencies in your personal life.

Cons

401k match is not amazing. Very complex IT environment causes a steep learning curve. Communication and coordination between business units is not amazing. Promotion timeline has been fairly slow.
