Getting paid to laugh and watch comedy.

What ever you do, make sure you don't pose a threat to GM's ability to maintain their illusion of being able to lead a unified staff, when in reality everyone is talking negatively about their ability to garner a unified staff.

not much of any really

Lots and lots of just standing in one place on uneven cement floor. The pay is so low you will be wondering why you are wasting your life. The job not only makes you feel under utilized,but useless as well. It is beyond boring and presents no real challenge or interest. It is very frustrating because you are in a location where other people are having fun watching a show yet you must turn the opposite direction and tell them to stay in place as if you have any real authority, which you do not. Customers are not particularly friendly, many are drunk and looking to get into a fight.
