Pros

Great people to work with. Get to pick which concerts you could work. Get to listen to good music while getting paid.

Cons

Upper management has poor communication. Very short staff once the high school and college kids go back to school. Always send people home early ex: I worked only 2.5hrs and got sent home and not everyone lives close. A perk of working for Live Nation is free tickets and all of a sudden my venue does not do free tickets for employees unless there's a raffle or whatnot which is RARE even if the show has low ticket sales. Also the parking lot at my venue is ATROCIOUS but Live Nation only cares about profit from what management has told me and wont upgrade it and thats the #1 issue our guests have here.
