      your experience will depend on what you do, what department you work in, who you work under etc. but the benefits are good

      Pros

      Weight loss at every show! Because supervisors don't allow bathroom breaks, and you're going to sweat off any excess water in your body. And at the end of the night, you get to go grab disgusting lawn chairs to put away!

      Cons

      The supervisors and management are a joke. Good people don't want to work here because of them. Gut the place, from the upper management all the way through the supervisors and start over.
