- every day is different - play a role in cool shows - free concerts to any LNE venue

Cons

- every day is different, no clear processes between one day to the next - coordination is usually miscommunicated - the underlying issues never get resolved, just swept under the rug (a "that's a problem for later" mentality on everything)
