Looks Great on Your Resume, but Don't Stay

Pros

The people you work with make or break the experience, one day to the next is never the same. Even working at the box office, things are interesting and you are constantly learning new things. Pretty easy going with days off , but most shows are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Cons

Lower and upper Management has no idea what is going on. The manager at one place in specific has no clue what they are doing. Sometimes yells at their employees for not understanding something. People will try to give their shifts away to avoid working there ( I have!) No real identity, are we Live Nation, are we Ticketmaster, are we House of Blues? I know its all the same but it feels like there is no appreciation for their employees, even getting free tickets is a hassle sometimes. The pay is a joke for the amount of work you do and have to deal with.
