Pros

Free concerts, Friends and Family offers, non-traditional work environment, casual, open-minded to outside the box personalities,

Cons

Terrible pay, absolutely no access to HR (the NYC office had one person and you could never find them!), lots of red tape, a lot of turnover, TERRIBLE PAY.

great compnay, awesome benfits for employes and family, free concerts when you have a chance to go to them, friendly work environment.

Cons

other deparments you work with look out for themselfs, lots of emails, no really free time if on salary.

Money. Live Nation is on the low end of employee compensation, given the long and arduous work hours of many. Long hours, not met with any reward. Work is life.
