Pros
The people in the company are very down to earth, friendly and easy to work with. The benefits are great in terms of healthcare and they offer great employee perks. I appreciate how they want employees to be live entertainment fans and allow opportunities to attend concerts, festivals, shows for free or at a discounted rate.
Cons
A common complaint is the low wages for full-time entry level employees. It is difficult to receive a raise, promotion or a bonus if you're not a top level executive. It seems like training and conferences are reserved for executive and management. It would be a great experience to develop leaders at all levels and offer resources to do that.
