Pros

Hardly any pros to this place. Main pro was free coffee/tea.

Cons

My time at VIPN was short lived due to poor management, outdated processes, heavy workloads, and low morale. On my first day, no one came to the office - not my manager or director. However when another colleague started shortly after, they rolled out the red carpet for them. This was an early red flag about the leadership and team culture. Mgmt were resistant to implementing suggestions to improve operational efficiency, I dealt with micromanagement and microaggressions, making the work environment harder than necessary. There seemed to be an expectation to overwork and "play the game" to advance to a tour rep role, which is fine if that’s what you want but I had 0 interest in that - just wanted to do my job. My probation was poorly mishandled, with misleading feedback & false claims made. Mgmt lied saying my probation meeting took place on a date when I was on annual leave. This led me to resign immediately as I could no longer trust the integrity or competence of mgmt. There were also serious issues to do with GDPR, & company assets not being logged properly. While other team members were great, the senior management lacked effective leadership & were stuck in their ways. I wouldn't recommend working here, especially as a WOC if other options are available to you. Avoid.
