Pros

The perks are nice if you're a fan of live music since you can attend many of their shows for free or get a great spot at a large-scale show. The other employees are also great as it has a down-to-earth atmosphere.

Cons

There seems to be a large divide between upper management and its employees. Depending on which department you're in, it can also seem quite "clique-ish". Actual benefits aren't all that great and salaries could be improved.
