Pros

They make you feel very welcome at the beginning, you may even get to work remote a few days a week. Most jobs are pretty easy and routine. They offer 2 extra week of vacation at the end of the year, if CEO is in the mood. There is no annual performance - this may be good for some and not for others.

Cons

Management is very secretive, even though they put on the appearance of transparency. Decisions are made by SVP & CIO behind the close doors and you get hit with the outcome. The annual increases are almost non existent. You're lucky to get a cost of living adjustment every year. Management keeps you on your toes by letting you know, you can be fired at any time. Medical/vision/dental benefits are basic.

Pros

Fun, engaging, motivational setting where we all got to enjoy what we were doing and all worked well with one another.

Cons

Low pay and many people people who worked for the company for a good deal of time failed to move up to the roles they expected to be in.
